Couple more hours before the late start in Arizona. R.A. Dickey has been producing above all of our expectations. The media and fans all know that he could be one start away from being done and he goes out there and puts it all on the line.
Most knuckleball hurlers have success the first time or two through an order before opposing batters figure out their stuff but R.A. throws with speed and changes shit up every once in a while. We will most likely see Thole behind the plate since he has been putting up the best defense to R.A.'s knuckler.
This seems like his last horrah in the bigs and he is putting in a solid effort so far. We all know the luck our team has with health and R.A. prob has one injury left in his career. Cross your fingers that we can get the rest of the season out of this guy.
